  2. Packaging: Please securely package the items in their original packaging (if possible) to avoid damage during return shipping.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item. We cannot process direct exchanges, so a new purchase is required.

Defective or Damaged Items
