  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery Time: 5-20 business days (depending on destination)
  • Shipping Cost will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and products selected.
  • You’ll see the exact cost and available shipping methods before finalizing your order.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including shipping costs. Please send us clear photos of the damage or defect when requesting a return.
  • If your order has been delayed or is not delivered as expected, please check the tracking information provided. If the issue persists or if your package is lost, please contact us at libitiishop.cs@gmail.com. We are happy to assist you.
  • No problem! We are able to cancel your order up to 24 hour after you complete your purchase and you can make a new order, but unfortunately no further changes can be made once your order has been shipped.

How to Return an Item

  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at libitiishop.cs@gmail.com or use the return request form on our website.
  • Packaging: Please securely package the items in their original packaging (if possible) to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Shipping: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
